ATTORNEY PROFILE In 1987, Mr. McKeithen entered law school at Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He graduated from Stetson College of Law in December, 1989. After completing law school, Mr. McKeithen took and passed the February, 1990 bar examination and accepted employment with the Office of the District Attorney, Atlanta Judicial Circuit, as an Assistant District Attorney from 1990 until 1995. In May, 1995, Mr. McKeithen entered the United States
Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. Mr. McKeithen completed Naval
Officer Indoctrination School and the Naval Justice School training in
Newport, Rhode Island. After completion of Naval Justice School,
Mr. McKeithen reported to Naval Air Station Jacksonville in October,
1995, to serve as Defense Counsel and Legal Assistance Attorney with the
Naval Legal Service Office Southeast. As Defense Counsel, Mr.
McKeithen defended several service members charged with drug possession,
drug distribution, larceny, rape, assault, child pornography, and
various other offenses. Mr. McKeithen also provided legal
assistance to service members. As a legal assistance attorney, Mr.
McKeithen provided legal counsel to and negotiated in behalf of clients
in the areas of landlord/tenant law, consumer law, and domestic
relations. He drafted hundreds of Wills, Living Wills, Medical
